About Product:
1. High hardness. This tempered glass screen film has a high hardness, so it can prevent itself from being scratched or broken into pieces effectively and continually. If broken, the tempered glass will break into small pieces that are not sharp, making it safer for users.
2. High definition. The film has a high light transmission. With high light transmission and low light reflection, the film can provide you with a high definition screen just as usual.
3. Functional. The screen protector can fit your phone well and make a big difference on protecting your phone from scratch, fingerprint, water, oil, dust, shock, slip and so on. When stained with water, soil, mud, oil or other attachments, it can be cleaned without effort.
4. Smooth surface. Even the sides of screen film feels smoothly.
5. Convenient for use. It has excellent adhesion. To paste the film, the only thing you need to do is clean up the screen thoroughly.
6. Durable. With good performance, it can work for a long time.
Installation Instructions:
1. Please use the alcohol swab and the microfiber fabric to clean the LCD screen before installation.
2. Peel the protective layer off the adhesive side.
3. Carefully align the glass to the screen.
4. Press the centre of the glass then adhesive part will spread over all parts smoothly.
Cautions:
1. As this is a glass product, please note that the edges of the glass are the most vulnerable areas.
2. When removing for re-use, the adhesive properties might wear off to an extent where the screen protector will not adhere to the device. It is not recommended to rouse the glass protector once it is been applied.
3. Using excessive force who installing or removing the screen protector may damage the product.
Note: May not be full coverage so there may be some space around edges of your display.

If the product requires production due to stock shortage then it could take up to 5 working days more before order is shipped out.

If you have purchased goods in error, have changed your mind or wish to return for any other reason then we will replace or refund most items provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt complete, in their original packaging and in as received condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Where a product is used but can be returned in resalable condition such as phone case then please ensure it is returned with all packaging (inner white foam, polybag/retail packaging, etc) to ensure a smooth refund process.
Faulty Goods
Should you receive a faulty product then in some circumstances we may be able to refund or replace without the need to have the faulty product returned to us but where we would require the goods back we will cover the return postage cost.
We double check or sometimes check more than that to ensure we send out the correct product (and size) so you can rest assured you will receive the correct product from us as per your order. In the rare occasion where a slip up may have occurred from our side then we will bear the costs of any returns / replacements.
Exclusions
Certain products are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons such as earphones. If the product is used it can no longer be returned due to the above.
How to return products to us
Please use our Manage Orders & Returns link to submit return request and then pack the product(s) as you received them and take the package to your local post office to send the product(s) back to us to the return address shown below.
Please ensure you request and retain a 'Certificate of Postage' from the Post Office if using 1st or 2nd Class standard post as that will cover you against loss or damage up to £20 value as returns are not our responsibility until they arrive back to us.
