Shipping and Deliveries
The 'order to shipping' (time taken from order being placed to order being dispatched) time is as follows:
All orders received after 12:00pm (GMT/BST - UK Time) will be dispatched the following working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). Orders received by 12:00pm will be dispatched the same working day.
Deliveries for products with a Est. delivery timeframe on product page can take from 5 - 10 working days. These products can take 1 to 2 days to ship out on most products, with few taking 3 to 5 days. Products that do not have this information on the product page use the shipping methods indicated in the table below.
Customers outside of the UK please be aware of any suspension of deliveries to your country before ordering - if in doubt please ask us before ordering. List of countries suspended can be seen on Royal Mail's International Bulletin Page located here.
Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for EU customers
We are not registered for IOSS so from 1 July 2021 customers from Europe who purchase from us will be required to pay customs charges when the order arrives in your country so that it can be cleared from customs and delivered to you. Please ensure you pay the customs charges as we would be unable to refund postage cost should the item be returned to us due to refusal to pay such charges.
We use the following shipping methods. These are all insured against loss and damage so you can buy from us with confidence.

These services are available to some countries, where either tracked service is not available we will use International Signed For service which is tracked from point of posting to point of departure from UK and a signature is required upon delivery. |

Note:
The above guidelines for Royal Mail's services are obtained from Royal Mail website. Some areas require more day(s) for the parcel to be delivered.
During bad weather conditions, holidays, pandemics, or sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc, the duration for 1st Class / 2nd Class Standard and Signed For can go up to 10 working days* after due date. Please be aware of such delays in case your order doesn't arrive within the delivery aim mentioned above. Items not delivered by their due date will require up to 10 working days before they can be classed as lost. During this time the item is not lost but simply still in transit on its way to you.
For the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey we only provide Royal Mail's shipping services as couriers charge a handling fee, so to provide best shipping value we have restricted to using only Royal Mail's services for these locations.
We would like to request European customers to allow up to 25 working days* for delivery and the rest of the world customers 32 working days* for delivery as Royal Mail can take longer to deliver items due to reasons beyond our control and theirs (i.e. bad weather, holidays, customs). Items are NOT lost during this timeframe.
