Max Speed is 22.5W. This does NOT support 40W charging so please be aware of that.

Note: The above guidelines for Royal Mail’s services are obtained from Royal Mail website. Some areas require more day(s) for the parcel to be delivered. During bad weather conditions, holidays, pandemics, or sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc, the duration for 1st Class / 2nd Class Standard and Signed For can go up to 10 working days* after due date. Please be aware of such delays in case your order doesn’t arrive within the delivery aim mentioned above. Items not delivered by their due date will require up to 10 working days before they can be classed as lost. During this time the item is not lost but simply still in transit on its way to you.

For the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey we only provide Royal Mail’s shipping services as couriers charge a handling fee, so to provide best shipping value we have restricted to using only Royal Mail’s services for these locations.

We would like to request European customers to allow up to 25 working days* for delivery and the rest of the world customers 32 working days* for delivery as Royal Mail can take longer to deliver items due to reasons beyond our control and theirs (i.e. bad weather, holidays, customs). Items are NOT lost during this timeframe.

30 Day Guarantee
If you have purchased goods in error, have changed your mind or wish to return for any other reason then we will replace or refund most items provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Where a product is used but can be returned in resalable condition such as phone case then please ensure it is returned with all packaging (inner white foam, polybag/retail packaging, etc) so that we can refund or exchange it smoothly.

Faulty Goods
Should you receive a faulty product then in some circumstances we may be able to refund or replace without the need to have the faulty product returned to us but where we would require the goods back we will cover the return postage cost.

Certain products are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons such as earphones. If the product is used it can no longer be returned due to the above.

Returns outside of the 30 Day Guarantee 
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our 30 Day Guarantee, and your statutory rights do not apply, we may return the item to you at your expense or accept the return subject to charging you a returns processing fee, as shown below to cover our costs:

  • Returned late (after 30 days) – up to £15
  • Returned incomplete, used or not in original packaging – up to £15 or returned to you at your expense.
  • The above fees will be deducted from your refund.

Your Right To Cancel Your Order under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days, starting the day after you received the goods. You must also take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining them in a shop before purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us if you cancel under Distance Selling Regulations.
