Shipping & Deliveries

The 'order to shipping' (time taken from order being placed to order being dispatched) time is as follows:

All orders will be dispatched the following working day (Mon-Fri).
NOTE: Due to COVID19 we are dispatching orders on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So depending on day of your order there may be a delay in processing your order.

Customers outside of the UK please be aware of any suspension of deliveries to your country before ordering - if in doubt please ask us before ordering. List of countries suspended can be seen on Royal Mail's International Bulletin Page located here.

Customers based in the UK please be aware that Royal Mail are having some delays with their services and their Special Delivery by 1pm service is no longer guaranteed by 1pm so there are delays to that service also.

We use the following shipping methods.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For £2.99 This service provides confirmation of signature upon delivery and is not therefore fully tracked.
Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day* including Saturday.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
(excluding Sat) by 1pm 
£7.00 This is a next working day special delivery by 1pm service which is fully tracked. Items being sent on Friday using this service are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please select Special Delivery Saturday by 1pm service.

 Royal Mail International Standard  £4.00

Royal Mail's International Standard postal service for all international orders (outside of UK). They aim to deliver to: 
-Europe countries within 5 working days
-The rest of the world in 6 to 7 working days 

 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, 
International Tracked, OR
International Signed 

International Tracked & Signed, and International Tracked are a fully tracked service whereby you can track the progress of the delivery from point of posting to delivery.

These services are available to some countries, where either tracked service is not available we will use International Signed For service which is tracked from point of posting to point of delivery and a signature is required upon delivery. 

The above guidelines for Royal Mail's services are obtained from Royal Mail website. Some areas require more day(s) for the parcel to be delivered. Please refer to Royal Mail website to find out how long it would take for you to receive your parcel.

During bad weather conditions, holidays or sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc, the duration for 1st Class / 2nd Class Standard and Signed For can go up to 10 working days* after due date. Please be patient during these circumstances and allow a longer delivery time. Items not delivered by their due date will require up to 10 working days before they can be classed as lost. During this time the item is not lost but simply still in transit on its way to you.

RM 48: For items with lower value (usually under £10) we use Royal Mail 48 instead of 2nd Class. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. In some rare cases Royal Mail can take more than 5 working days for delivery (this is beyond our control).

For the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey we only provide Royal Mail's shipping services as couriers charge a handling fee, so to provide best shipping value we have restricted to using only Royal Mail's services for these locations.

We would like to request European customers to allow up to 20 working days* for delivery and the rest of the world customers 25 working days* for delivery as Royal Mail can take longer to deliver items due to reasons beyond our control and theirs (i.e. bad weather, holidays, customs). Items are NOT lost during this timeframe.
